Can I use my own photos?
Yes. Upload a JPEG, PNG or WebP photo to a saved calendar post and see it alongside your caption. You can download your plan and attached images together to prepare for publishing.
Does IQ Hashtags publish automatically?
You prepare and organize your content in IQ Hashtags, then publish it on Instagram yourself. Dates in the calendar help you plan; marking a post as published records your progress.
How does the free trial work?
Eligible new accounts get 7 days of Plus access without a credit card. When the trial ends, choose a paid plan to continue using paid features. You won’t be charged automatically.

You authorize the connection through Instagram’s official login. Available metrics depend on your account and the data Instagram provides.
Can I work with multiple Instagram profiles?
Yes. Basic supports 4 Instagram profiles, Plus supports 15, and Ultimate supports 30. You can switch between your connected accounts in the dashboard.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans are paid upfront for 12 months. The monthly equivalent helps you compare plans; the full amount billed each year appears below the price. Monthly plans are billed each month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel renewal from Billing in your dashboard. Your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period.
